Berlin-based Capital Bay GmbH has acquired the Ambiente senior citizens' residence in Erfurt. The property in a good central location in Erfurt-Daberstedt is also used to a small extent as a hotel. The purchase price is in the mid double-digit million euro range.
The building complex, built in 1999, offers around 200 care places and 60 hotel rooms. The senior citizens' residence has been successfully operated by the Victor's Group for over 15 years. "With the Ambiente senior citizens' residence, we are further expanding our senior citizens' home portfolio," says George Salden, CEO of Capital Bay. "The Erfurt facility is excellently positioned on the market with an occupancy rate of almost 100 per cent."
Capital Bay was legally advised on the purchase of the property by the law firm Jung & Schleicher.
