Yesterday, Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Andrea Nahles, CEO of the Federal Employment Agency, to our modular construction factory in Fürstenwalde and giving her a tour of the production halls.
At our plant, we will produce up to 30,000 modules for around 15,000 apartments per year at peak times. All the trades that are typically found on a construction site are represented: Craftsmen, site managers, administration, a fleet of vehicles with drivers. However, IT specialists are also needed as part of the ongoing digitalization of the production process for our modules. In the final stage of expansion, up to 1,500 employees will work at our plant.
