Unsere Immobilien- und Potentialanalysen sowie die Ankaufprozesse für alle Assetklassen laufen dabei über die 21st-Plattform. So finden und bewerten wir Immobilien mit wenigen Klicks. Zusätzlich sorgen wir für die Aufarbeitung und Plausibilisierung der Immobiliendaten, wir berechnen ihren Business-Plan, führen Due Diligence Prozesse, erstellen Investment-Memoranden und verhandeln Kaufverträge.

We search for properties in all asset classes and all relevant markets with a focus on residential and office property. This includes the entire range of direct real estate investments: existing properties and project developments, residential and commercial, individual investments and portfolios, all metropolitan regions, as well as high-growth cities and medium-sized centres.
