Efficient use of space
Capital Bay saw the opportunity to convert around 250 m² of former medical space and underutilized basement areas into office space for the facility's nursing home operator. The relocation of administrative areas to the basement made it possible to create space on the first floor for additional assisted living units.
Optimization for operators and owners
