The Klinke district in Magdeburg continues to grow, and in November our serviced living brand Stayurban will open, offering modern, urban living in one of the most up-and-coming districts.
An entire building as a canvas
From the cellar to the roof: With the Klinke district, Capital Bay is creating a lively neighborhood that promotes community and encounters for all generations. In addition to innovative architecture and a sustainable concept, we are focusing on cultural impulses that contribute to the creation of identity from the outset.
Capital Bay is providing Magdeburg artist Martin Gerth, alias Noize, with an existing building in the Klinke district for interim creative use. Together with various artists he is organizing, he is transforming the building into an impressive backdrop for street art and light art projects until its planned demolition at the end of next year.
And afterwards?
Even after the demolition, art will live on in the Klinke district: it will find its place in the new buildings in a variety of forms. Capital Bay is committed to promoting the art scene in the long term and making it an integral part of the district.
