Stayurban opens in the Klinke district
The Klinke district in Magdeburg continues to grow! Since November 2024, our serviced living brand Stayurban has been offering modern, urban living in one of the city's most up-and-coming districts.
An entire building as a canvas
From the cellar to the roof: With the Klinke district, Capital Bay is creating a lively neighborhood that not only promotes community but also encounters for all generations. In addition to innovative architecture and a sustainable concept, we are also focusing on cultural impulses that contribute to identity building right from the start.
To underline this goal, Capital Bay is making an existing building in the Klinke district available to Magdeburg artist Martin Gerth, alias Noize, for interim creative use. Together with various artists that he organizes, he will transform the building into an impressive backdrop for street art and light art projects within this year until its planned demolition.
And what happens after that?
Even after the demolition, art will live on in the Klinke district: in future, it will find its place in the new buildings in a variety of forms. Capital Bay therefore remains committed to promoting the art scene in the long term and making it an integral part of the district.
