Ende M\u00e4rz 2016 von George Salden mit vier Mitarbeitern gegr\u00fcndet, erzielte das Full Service Investment Haus im vergangenen Jahr ein Transaktionsvolumen von rund 1,4 Milliarden Euro. Zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Deals geh\u00f6rten der Ankauf von 862 Wohnungen in Merseburg, 577 Wohneinheiten in Heidenheim oder der Erwerb eines 80.000 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfen Grundst\u00fccks in Berlin Heiligensee. Capital Bay verwaltet ein Verm\u00f6gen von rund 1,15 Milliarden Euro mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von knapp einer Millionen Quadratmetern. Mittlerweile z\u00e4hlt das Unternehmen \u00fcber 80 Mitarbeiter und besitzt neben seinem Berliner Hauptsitz Standorte in Hamburg, M\u00fcnchen, N\u00fcrnberg und Leipzig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eWir haben mit gro\u00dfem Erfolg und viel Tempo unser Gesch\u00e4ft im vergangenen Jahr aufgebaut.
