By the end of 2026, 1,500 apartments are to be built here - realized in a modular construction method that focuses on efficiency and sustainability.<\/strong><\/h6><p><strong>The construction project in figures:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Every week, a complete floor is filled with <strong>36 Wohnungen<\/strong> completed, including all ancillary work<\/li><li>Every 30 minutes, a prefabricated residential module is precisely integrated into the building structure using a crane.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">The pre-production of the modules in the factory<\/strong> reduces construction times on site by up to 50 %. At the same time, standardized production reduces potential construction defects and reworking.<\/p><p><strong>Cooperation in the joint venture<\/strong><br \/>The project is being developed as part of a joint venture between Capital Bay and Daiwa House Modular Europe. While Capital Bay is responsible for land and project acquisition, financing and long-term management, Daiwa House is responsible for technical implementation.<\/p><p><strong>Background and further information<\/strong><br \/>ZDF focused on the potential of modular construction and the challenges in social housing.
