Erfolgsstory 21st Real Estate \u2013 Wie Erfinder und Gr\u00fcnder George Salden die zukunftsweisende Software von der ersten Idee zum erfolgreichen Verkauf an die Scout24-Gruppe gef\u00fchrt hat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum 2. Januar 2024 wurde 21st Real Estate<\/a> von Sprengnetter \u00fcbernommen und ist somit nun Teil der Scout24 SE. Als Erfinder der Software hat George Salden, heute CEO von Capital Bay, das Unternehmen von seinen Anf\u00e4ngen \u00fcber die Marktreife bis zum Verkauf begleitet, wie heute auch Stefan Merkle auf Seite 10 der aktuellen Printausgabe der Immobilien Zeitung berichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salden realized early on that conventional valuation concepts and methods can only provide a very vague and inadequate picture of the actual development potential of a property. He wrote down his vision of a valuation tool that takes into account the dynamic development of a property and thus provides a sound basis for investment decisions in his book \"The Dynamic Method\" and published it in 2014. His ideas formed the basis of the \"Uvaluate\" valuation software, which Salden invented and also launched on the market in 2014 in his role as CEO of Hume GmbH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, Uvaluate was sold to 21st Real Estate GmbH, with George Salden joining immobilienscout24 founder Joachim Schoss on the company's advisory board and also becoming a shareholder in 21st Real Estate. In the same year, Berlin Hyp AG also recognized the potential of 21st Real Estate and invested in the up-and-coming company as a strategic partner. The aim of the investment was to drive forward the development of various valuation methods in order to optimize and accelerate the preparation of valuations and their integration into the bank's core process - based on machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the recent acquisition of 21st Real Estate, Sprengnetter is pursuing the goal of expanding its own data expertise in the commercial real estate sector and offering its customers an even broader product portfolio. For George Salden, the sale marks the end of a 10-year success story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
