Daiwa House Modular Europe, the global market leader in industrial modular construction, and the Capital Bay Group (Capital Bay) are expanding their strategic partnership and signed a joint venture agreement on 5 October. The aim of the joint activities is to build up capacities for the distribution and production of prefabricated building modules.<\/p>\n

Angesichts des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels, steigender Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen und immer h\u00f6herer Baukosten bedarf es unbedingt Innovationen in der Bauwirtschaft. <\/p>\n

Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Zukunft des Bauens in der digitalisierten, industriellen Modulbauweise liegt. Umso stolzer macht es mich, dass wir die vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Capital Bay im Rahmen unseres Joint Venture noch vertiefen werden. Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Standort, um so z\u00fcgig wie m\u00f6glich mit der Produktion starten zu k\u00f6nnen. Ein Produktionsstandort steht auch bereits im Fokus und wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir 2023 von hier aus die ersten Module werden fertigen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Die vorgefertigten Geb\u00e4udemodule werden sowohl bei Projektentwicklungen f\u00fcr die Betreibermarken des exklusiven Kooperationspartners von Capital Bay, der 360 Operator GmbH, zum Einsatz kommen als auch europ\u00e4ischen Drittkunden angeboten.<\/p>\n

Unsere Module eigenen sich sowohl f\u00fcr alle Wohnformen als auch f\u00fcr den Bau von Microapartments und Senior-Living-Projekten, wie Studenten- und Serviced Apartments sowie Pflegeeinrichtungen. Aber auch in der Gesundheitsbranche gibt es eine signifikante Nachfrage. Der Vorteil der Module liegt einerseits in der seriellen Produktion und andererseits in der Zirkularit\u00e4t. Durch die automatisierte und digitalisierte Herstellung k\u00f6nnen Skaleneffekte erzielt und somit Zeit gespart und Kosten gesenkt werden. Zudem kann bereits w\u00e4hrend des standardisierten Produktionsprozesses eine intensive Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle erfolgen. Dies und der Fakt, dass die vorproduzierten Module auf der Baustelle nur noch endmontiert werden m\u00fcssen, erm\u00f6glichen es, die Bauzeit um bis zu 50 Prozent zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDaiwa House Modular Europe was formed in 2021 from the acquisition of Jan Snel by Daiwa House and has already successfully realised numerous residential projects in the Netherlands. The first joint project with Capital Bay in modular construction in Germany is now to be realised in a community in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. The plan is to build a care home with 99 beds and eleven residential places for assisted living on a 9,000 square metre site. The property will be operated by Curata Care Holding GmbH, one of more than ten operator brands of 360 Operator GmbH.
