Since the wave of bankruptcies among care home operators began in 2022 at the latest, everyone has been aware that business plans cannot work out if occupancy figures are not on target due to staff shortages, insufficient single room ratios or restrictions due to condition or equipment.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n
