In collaboration with Daiwa, the world's leading provider of modular construction, and 360 Operator, our connected operator platform, we develop comprehensive (modular) user concepts with suitable real estate brands for different phases of life and lifestyles.
Our aim is to design contemporary floor plans in a sustainable and profitable construction method. Serial modular construction offers an economical and ecological alternative to traditional construction methods.
The development of modular housing projects (new builds and extensions) is focused on the German property market and is carried out in cooperation with our JV partner - Daiwa House Modular Europe GmbH.
