Berlin, 21 January 2020 - Berlin-based Capital Bay GmbH received ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard certification from TÜV Süd for its property management division at the end of 2019. With this certification, the company is pursuing the goal of making the quality of its services and service processes more visible and continuously improving them.
Oliver Müller, Managing Director of CB Property Management GmbH, says: "In close collaboration with the TÜV team, we scrutinised all processes and workflows in property management, recorded them and adapted them where necessary. As a process-oriented organisation, our quality management meets all the requirements of a practical, sustainable and modern management system, and we are accordingly proud to present the seal of approval."
Rolf Schneider, COO of Capital BAY, says: "Our quality management is one of the most important strategic building blocks in the company and is realised and lived by our entire team on a daily basis. The certification makes this quality visible to our customers. At the same time, our employees also benefit from the clearly defined processes. The property management area is just the beginning. ISO 9001
According to TÜV Süd, ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard in quality management both nationally and internationally. It is based on seven principles that serve as cornerstones or guidelines for management action: Customer orientation, leadership, relationship management, involvement of people, improvement, process-orientated approach and fact-based decision-making. The main aim is to increase and ensure the quality of products or services, customer satisfaction, efficiency and responsiveness within the company.
